Who is our founder?

Gaurav Wadekar

Gaurav is passionate about creating communities and about business analysis. He started his career in technology consulting as a business analyst back in 2005, and has worked across the US, Australia, Europe and the Indian subcontinent in a career spanning almost 20 years.

Organisations he has contributed to include the Australian Securities and Investments Commission, Sydney Airport and Westpac Banking Corporation, where his last role was leading a team of business analysts delivering complex projects in digital banking.

Through BA Circle he wants to bring like-minded professionals together every fortnight to discuss topics that help their careers and their overall professional development, so they gain satisfaction and a sense of growth in their day-to-day work.
