Meet Our Founder

Gaurav is passionate about creating communities and business analysis. He started his career in technology consulting as a business analyst, way back in 2005. He has worked in US, Australia, Europe and Indian subcontinent for various organisations through his career spanning almost 20 years now.

Some of the large organisations that he has contributed are Australian securities and investment commission, Sydney airport, Westpac banking corporation, to name a few. His last role at Westpac was leading a team of Business analysts to deliver on some of the complex projects in the digital banking space.

Through BA Circle, he wants to create a community of like minded professionals who can come together every fortnight to discuss topics which can benefit them with their career growth. Also, assists them in their overall professional development to be able to gain satisfaction and sense of growth in their day to day work.

He personally welcomes BAs from all industries and countries to join this online community!
